Michael Smith
Michael became the youngest ever centre manager for KS4 provision and has held several leadership roles, including acting head in recent years.
Michael established Pivot as he has the drive to make a difference for young people. Getting results for the hardest to reach pupils has brought national recognition through the British Council, Sport England and the Department for Children and Families.
