Why Work For Pivot

Why work at Pivot?

Pivot all staff conference

At the beginning of each academic year, Pivot staff gather for our annual conference, an event held to develop a coherent approach across all of our provisions. This event is one of the many ways we focus on our staff being the best they can be, giving them access to continuous professional development, peer support and a chance to catch up before the start of term. As Pivot continues to grow and evolve, the annual conference plays a crucial role in instilling our values, vision, and beliefs within all team
