Pivot Kirklees Salus House are so excited to share that we are taking part in the PDAP Christmas Wish Tree appeal. PDAP supports families to find light in dark times. Our Tree is festooned with Christmas Wishes, just waiting for our lovely people to whisk one away and make someone's day. PDAP run the Christmas Wish Tree event to give people a magical experience over the holiday season. How it works:

🔖Choose a gift tag
🎁Buy the gift described on the tag
🎄Return is unwrapped in a gift bag and leave under the tree by 7th December.

We have a winner!

Congratulations to Marie who provided the closest guess as to how many jelly beans were in the tub during the Kirklees Live Event at the ACCU Stadium in Huddersfield last Thursday. We had such a great day meeting lots of lovely people, chatting about our provisions and sharing best practices with other providers. Our jelly bean competition had so many entries! In the end Marie was 37 away from the 1263 total. Thanks to the bean counters 🙂... and well done for not eating any!

We want to share the outstanding work our Pivot POP learners have produced in their PSHE class. They have designed and created an engaging board game entitled “The Healthy Hustle”, which promotes the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

Throughout this project, our learners demonstrated creativity, collaboration, and dedication — successfully achieving their AQA Unit Awards in the process.
